Summer Worship Schedule – This summer we’ll have our informal/interactive Communion service at 8:30 a.m., followed by 9:00 a.m. More than Coffee, 9:15 a.m. Sunday School, and a single worship service at 10:30 a.m.

Summer Choir – Summer Choir will lead service through the summer. The group is for all ages and meets at 10:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary each Sunday to rehearse. Come sing!

Get Your Rockies Tickets – We are headed to see the Colorado Rockies for Faith Day on Sunday, August 2nd at 1:10pm. Tickets are only $25.00 per seat (Section 207) so make sure to purchase yours from Kacy in the main office!
 
Collection for Cherrelyn – Birthday Boxes are back! Children's Ministry is collecting the following items for the 75 Birthday Boxes we will deliver to residents of Cherrelynn Manor in early September: Shoe Boxes (empty please), Socks (25 pair men’s & 50 pair women's), Tissue Packs (150 total), Hard Candy (no chocolates please, they melt!), Pens (150 total), Small Stuffed Animals (think gently loved Beanie Babies), Decks of Playing Cards (can't have alcohol or casino emblems), Note Cards (stationary, etc.), and notepads (shopping lists, etc.). Thank you for supporting this annual ministry opportunity for our children.
 
Toddlers & Wobblers – July 18th from 10:00-11:30 a.m. we're having play time at the LUMC playground. Toddlers and Wobblers will be on the toddler playground while elementary friends play on the big playground. Bring a camp chair and a water bottle.
 
Youth Missions – Our high school mission trip participants have returned from their heartfelt efforts in North Carolina! We can’t wait to hear both the middle and high school trip recaps during Coffee Hour on July 26th.
 
Summer Items for Giving Heart –Giving Heart needs summer items: summer clothes, men's and women's underwear, socks, hats, belts, shoes, towels, wash cloths, canes, and liquid sun lotion. Please place donations in the bin located in the breezeway.
 
Support Whiz Kids – Whiz Kids needs at least seven new tutors for their elementary program next year. Tutoring takes place on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:30 p.m. at LUMC from October to April, and training is provided. Become a tutor and offer vital support to young kids in our community.
